Shipping Policy
All items are shipped from New York and orders are processed between 1-3 business days.
Orders will be shipped in a rigid flat mailer with cardboard backing and a protective sleeve.
At this time, my store can only ship out orders to the US, Canada, and UK, but I am working towards offering shipping to other countries.
US Shipping Options
- Free shipping is available for all orders over $50 within the US.

Note: UK customs often charges VAT + handling fees. Customers are responsible for these costs.
Please note: After your order is handed off to USPS, delivery times are out of my hands and depend on the postal service. I truly appreciate your patience and support for my small shop!
Do you ship internationally?
I currently only ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
When will my order ship?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase. Depending on the shipping chosen, you will receive a tracking number by email or text.
Will there be customs fees?
International orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs fees according to Canadian law. Customers are responsible for any fees and for providing accurate contact information. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed if these requirements are not met.
International orders shipped to the UK may also incur VAT, duties, and handling fees upon arrival. These charges are set by UK customs and must be paid by the customer. Accurate contact information is required so the carrier can notify you of any payments needed. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed if these requirements are not met.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number and link in your email.
US orders: Tracking is available throughout delivery.
Canada orders: Tracking is provided while the package is in the US, but once it enters Canada, a tracking number may not always be available. You can still check with Canada Post using the USPS tracking number, but updates may be limited.
UK orders: Tracking is available while the package is still in the US. Once it enters the UK, updates may stop or become limited. You can check the USPS tracking number through Royal Mail, but not all scans will carry over, so tracking may appear incomplete.
Return Policy
Can I return an item?
All sales are final. Change of mind returns, and exchanges are not accepted at this time. For incorrect orders or items damaged in shipping, please use the contact form, and I will help you with your order!
If your item is damaged, does not match the description or is not of acceptable quality, contact me within 30 days of your order with details and photos to arrange a replacement.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders not yet shipped may be canceled if you reach out via email to me before receiving a shipping confirmation email.
What should I do if my package is missing?
After your order is handed off to USPS, I am no longer responsible for the package, as it now depends on the postal service. If you believe your package is missing, please check with your local post office first. If they cannot locate it, email me with your order number and details.
What should I do if I put in the wrong address?
You can update your shipping address before the order is shipped. Once the package has already been shipped and is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address, I’ll be happy to reship it to you, and customers will need to cover the reshipping cost.
Please note that I am not responsible for lost or stolen mail, so if anything goes wrong during transit, claims should be filed directly with the courier.
